CLOUDNET TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CONTENT CREATORS

Welcome to Cloudnet, a premier digital platform designed for content creators to showcase and monetize their digital works. By uploading your content to Cloudnet, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ownership and Rights
- All digital content uploaded to Cloudnet remains the intellectual property of the content creator.
- Cloudnet retains a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to stream and distribute your content for a minimum period of one (1) month from the date of publication.
- After the one-month exclusivity period, creators retain 100% rights to their content and may distribute it elsewhere.
2. Revenue and Payment
- Cloudnet shall pay content creators 80% of the gross revenue generated from their content on the platform.
- Revenue includes, but is not limited to, subscription earnings, pay-per-view fees, and advertising revenue directly linked to the content.
- Payouts will be processed monthly, subject to standard verification and anti-fraud checks.
3. Content Responsibility and Risk
- Content is uploaded at the sole risk of the creator.
- Cloudnet assumes no liability for any claims, damages, or losses that may arise from or in connection with the content.
- Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
4. Content Promotion
- Cloudnet provides the infrastructure for hosting and streaming; all promotion and marketing of the content is the sole responsibility of the creator.
- Optional promotional boosting services are available through Cloudnet for an additional fee, if desired by the creator.
6. Piracy and Exclusivity
- Cloudnet strictly prohibits the piracy of any content and commits to *never redistributing or pirating* creator content.
- Creators must not host or distribute the same content on any other platform *during the first month* of exclusive availability on Cloudnet.
- After the one-month exclusivity period, content may be distributed on other platforms at the creator’s discretion.
7. Termination and Account Ban
- Cloudnet reserves the right to terminate any creator's account in cases of:
- Violation of these terms
- Uploading illegal or unauthorized content
- Fraudulent behavior
- Any remaining unpaid earnings in such cases may be withheld pending investigation.
8.Modifications to the Terms
- Cloudnet may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Creators will be notified of any material changes via email or platform notification.
9.Governing Law
- Cloudnet may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United state of America
By uploading content to Cloudnet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
